Jose Miller
Jose Miller bought his first rental property because his friend, a recent divorcee with destroyed credit, needed a place to live. After 10 years and a couple of rental properties later, Jose took the leap into his first multifamily asset. While looking for a four-plex, he found and purchased a 10-unit asset in Phoenix. This experience inspired him to seek out education and mentorship. Jose quickly learned that multifamily investing requires a team. And, through networking, Jose has found partners that he trusts and is now invested in multiple assets. Still working full-time as an aerospace engineer, he and his wife enjoy self-managing the 12 units that they own because they can rent those units out to people that others might not, giving people that extra second chance. His favorite activities include playing ultimate frisbee, scuba diving, and storytelling.
